With smart solutions for tomorrow's snack business, Welbilt proved to be a visitor magnet at UNITI expo 2022 in Stuttgart.
431 exhibitors from 37 countries presented their products and concepts at the leading European trade fair for the service station and carwash industry from May 17 to 19 in Stuttgart. Across the three days of the trade show, more than 16,000 participants from 100 countries gathered information about innovations and future issues. Exhibitors and visitors paid particular attention to the digitalization of the industry and to sustainable and energy-efficient solutions. Thus, after a four-year break, UNITI expo 2022 finally brought together the industry's innovations and decision-makers under one roof again.
Customized solutions for a modern snack business
Welbilt also showed its colors in Stuttgart with its precisely fitting solutions and equipment for a modern and successful snack business at service stations: including the innovative quick cooking systems from the Merrychef conneX® series, the "mini" - the latest and at the same time smallest combi oven from the Convotherm family - as well as the AI-controlled ConvoSense technology. In addition, Crem espresso and coffee machines were presented, as well as the latest Fresh Blender® beverage dispenser for smoothies, shakes and other cold drinks that ensure efficiency and profitability at service stations.
After all, in the service station business, as in all other areas of the snack business, this is what counts: customers are becoming increasingly impatient, there is a shortage of skilled workers, digitization is advancing, and the experience factor is becoming more and more important.
