The mini steams, bakes, roasts, grills and regenerates faster and with greater capacity than many individual appliances, making kitchen equipment such as deep fryers, microwaves, compact grills, toasters and ovens superfluous. With a width of only 51.5 cm, the smallest and most compact combi oven from Convotherm perfectly meets the current demands of the professional gastronomy industry. It can be operated intuitively via the 7'' TFT HiRes glass touch display. Precise results and process reliability are guaranteed by approximately 400 cooking profiles that can be easily selected at the touch of a button via the Press & Go automatic cooking function.
And even without a kitchen, the Convotherm mini offers maximum flexibility: whether in a beer garden, at outdoor events or in a food truck - the Convotherm mini mobil can be used anywhere, even outdoors. Thanks to its integrated water and service water drawers, it is independent of fresh water and waste water connections.

Climate Management: the particularly effective steam saturation guarantees that every cooking and baking product receives the right amount of moisture. The Crisp&Tasty function with precisely circulating hot air and dehumidification ensures crispy crusts.
