Equipped with a next-generation controller integrated into a generous 7-inch HD touchscreen, the oven operates like a mobile phone. This allows even untrained staff to quickly learn and serve delicious hot meals without almost any training.
Popular dishes like paninis and pizzas can get pre-programed in the oven's cookbook. This allows everyone on your team to deliver high-quality food on demand by simply tapping on the corresponding food image. This helps avoid food waste and additional labor costs.
The Merrychef conneX® 12e is designed for easy plug-and-play operation and can be operated with 220-volt alternating current without a hood. This eliminates installation costs, and the oven can even be placed on a counter in the sales area. In addition, the energy-saving standby mode helps maximize your profits and reduce your energy costs.
The conneX® 12e is connected to our online menu management system. This allows you to upload new recipes centrally, easily, and efficiently to all ovens in your operation, even if you have multiple branches. You can also monitor the high-speed ovens remotely.
